Supervision of PLPCs

The duty of a supervisor is to oversee the clinical functions or PLPCs.

Supervisors have a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure the quality of care being provided to clients.

Supervisors are also responsible for the professional development of counselors, maintenance of program policies and procedures.

The five supervisory roles include sponsor, counselor, educator, coach, and director.
