Even though the success rate of anxiety varies, but continuous psychotherapy may help in reducing the symptoms.
Depression is feeling blue and unmotivated most of the day. Symptoms of depression are: fatigue or loss of energy almost every day; impaired concentration, indecisiveness; insomnia or hypersomnia (excessive sleeping) almost every day; appetite of weight changes; anger or irritability; self-loathing; reckless behavior; and unexplained aches and pains. Though, medication helps in reducing the symptoms of depression, it is not suitable for long term without unwanted side effects. Treatment of depression with psychotherapy takes time, but is reliable as it uses inner strength and support from friends and family. With psychotherapy individual reach their maximum potential using their coping skills.
